I just finished watching a show with a Hitler sub-plot and it got me to thinking about Fictional Hitler and how we depict him.

Do we want him to be a super-powered supernatural evil?
Do we want him to be a joke?
Do we want him humanized?

Do you have a favorite or least-favorite fictional Hitler?

I don't think I want to see a humanized Hitler. I know everyone is someone's son, but I don't think that could ever work.

I enjoy him being a joke. The Three Stooges did some great Hiter parody and Family Guy Hitler is usually funny. I like the WWII propaganda cartoon by Warner Brothers.

I always found it weird when he would be played as a super-villain. The first time I read FF #21 I was shocked by the ending, and not really in a good way. I'm ok with him being part of the Red Skull's origin because he was a side character.

Looking at wikipedia, I see that I don't know much about most fictionalized Hitlers.
