At one time I would have loved to see this. But after seeing many modern continuations of old series I really have no confidence in anything anymore. This is from the creators of "La Brea" which I have been watching with my wife and it's something that's on TV, but it's nothing special.

Then again I like Cobra Kai, which is really nothing like The Karate Kid. It's the exception to the rule that sequels & remakes generally suck. As Bob Gale, writer of the Back to the Future trilogy said, "sequels are not movies, they are just marketing." I think that applies to TV as well.
