Some notable moments:

A quick starting scene of Charles Lee Ray as a kid in Hackensack 1965, after coming home from trick-or-treating. He found an apple with a razorblade in it, ate the part with the razorblade, and smiled while bleeding from his mouth.

Hackensack present day:
Oliver apologizes to Jake for all the bullying, and invites him to a party (at his house or another high schooler's house) and to bring Chucky.

Lexy expresses to Junior no sensitivity to Jake for his Dad dying.

Chucky pushes the housekeeper onto the knives in the dishwasher. When Jake confronts him about it, he lies and says he didn't do it, but Jake doesn't believe him.

Chucky sneaks out and goes trick-or-treating with a Hello Kitty mask. He plays trick-or-treat with a woman at her house who's been giving out candy. She answers his question about where the party is, and gives her an apple with a razorblade in it which she doesn't see, and thanks him, and he leaves.

Chucky sneaks into the high school party, and is under the bed of Lexy and Junior, who keep their clothes on and just "hug", as Junior put it. Chucky keeps stabbing his large knife up through the mattress, trying to stab Lexy, but keeps missing as she and Junior keep rolling around, back and forth, nothing else going on. Someone comes into the room, and they both get up, clothes still on, still nothing happened, right when Chucky's knife would've stabbed Lexy in the back.

Lexy reveals her Halloween costume to everyone, in performance: Jakes dad, exaggerated hair and goatee, job suit, and acts like she's getting electrocuted. Jake quickly understands that she's making fun of his Dad and his death, and leaves.

The woman who got the apple is talking a police officer at her doorway, saying she got an apple with a razorblade in it, and her mouth is still bleeding, and describes the "kid" as having a Hello Kittie mask, red hair and wearing Good Guy doll clothing.

He later finds Chucky at Lexy's house, posing as a doll again (he and Lexy's sister had been playing slasher video games together earlier), and takes him back home. Later, in Jake's room, Chucky keeps saying again that some people deserve to die, meaning Lexy right now. He gives Jake the large knife, and he holds it, seemingly like he may or may not go along with it.

This is a great show, if a little slow. I guess they're just building up, like they do in the movies. I feel A LITTLE sorry for Lexy, in that her parents seem to favor her little sister over her, since she's an excellent artist (was drawing Chucky from the talent show), and not someone with an attitude like her. A LITTLE.

Anyone else have thoughts on this show so far?

Question I looked up on google: Will Ash Vs. Evil Dead be continued as a cartoon?

Online news article sample (from one of many):
After playing Evil Dead franchise hero Ash Williams on screen for around forty years, spanning three feature films and three seasons of the TV series Ash vs. Evil Dead, Bruce Campbell formally retired from the role, saying he’s not physically able to handle the action sequences any longer. But he is playing Ash again by delivering a vocal performance for the Evil Dead video game that’s going to be released next year – and while talking to OK Magazine he confirmed that he would also be willing to provide Ash’s voice if there were ever to be an animated Evil Dead series.

OK Magazine caught up with Campbell during the LA Comic Con earlier this month, and here’s what they had to say about the possibility of some animated Evil Dead:

"When asked if he would be interested in making an Evil Dead animated television series to alleviate the stress of fight scenes and stunts, the answer is a resounding yes. “I can do the voice,” he teases. Time for fans to cross their fingers and hope!"

So clearly there aren’t any plans for an Evil Dead animated series at this time, but if Campbell is interested in the idea he could make it happen; he holds the rights to the franchise, along with Sam Raimi and Rob Tapert.

This isn’t the first time we’ve seen talk about animated additions to the Evil Dead franchise. About fifteen years ago, I saw a lot of fans hoping the story to the Freddy vs. Jason vs. Ash movie that the Evil Dead crew put the kibosh on would receive an animated adaptation. (The story did end up being told in the pages of a comic book.) There is such a hunger to get as much Ash as we can get while Bruce Campbell is still in this world, I can definitely see fans supporting the idea of an animated series. If we can’t get live action Ash, many of us would gladly take video game Ash and animated Ash in his place.

Help make an "Ash Vs. Evil Dead" Continuation by Comic, Novel, Cartoon or Video Game:
Starz cancelled the show, and Bruce Campbell has retired as live-action Ash, but news is that they might do a cartoon continuation of the show, with him as the voice of Ash!
