Hulu was going to get it, they changed their minds.

Possibly the Disney influence.

Here's hoping Netflix gets more comic properties from IDW and Dark Horse and Dynamite.

I can't think of anything important from any of them (except Hellboy) that isn't a licensed property.

Hmm.....Dynamite did have the Bionic Man comics recently....the bionic man reboot movie I think is postponed...again.

Perhaps a Netflix Bionic Man series? The Bionic Woman reboot bombed due to the writers strike of that era (did not help the Sarah Connor Chronicles series either), but perhaps Netflix can reboot first the Bionic Man and then Woman?

I loved the Sarah Connor Chronicles. Didn't much care about the Bionic Woman because I feel like we've moved beyond such a concept. Back in the day, the Six Million Dollar Man (and later the Bionic Woman) were the only super-beings on television, aside from Wonder Woman. Nowadays super-beings are ubiquitous, which renders the whole bionic concept a lot less special.

Not sure I'd want another bionic dog though...

Wait - a bionic dog? Now that I'd watch.

But how many super beings on TV these days are rebuilt into cyborgs?

Becoming a cyborg tends to be a one-way process, we'd get the usual pathos of them not feeling human, etc.

The Bionic Woman series had Max the bionic dog in it. Max was brought back in the Bionic Man comic that was based on Kevin Smith's unused screen play.

Hmmmmm, a Max Steel live action TV series could work.....preferably if it was the original Max Steel and not the reboot version. Original Max's body was suffused with a massive dose of nano-bots that gave him powers but had to be routinely recharged to stay alive
