Previous Post The last 2 episodes were good but overall it doesn't fit the story from the first 4 episodes. It is like these were 2 episodes of the Mandolorian season 3. If they did this on the Mando series where they jumped to telling the 4 episodes of Boba Fett after these 2 episodes as Mando season 3, people would be pissed and calling for the end of the series. I had the same thought. While these two episodes have been decent Star Wars they are not very good Boba Fett. Even if all of these characters - Mando, Grogu, Luke, Ahsoka, Vanth (if he's alive), other Mando, all come to the rescue, it didn't need this much setup.

Luke looked better here than last time, and I know they got Hamill to do the voice and be on set, but for my money if the character is going to have significant things to do in the story you really should just hire a new actor. I felt the same way about Tarkin in Rogue One. A special effect for one line would have been okay with me but the amount of dialogue they gave him should have been delivered by an actor.
