Previous Post Yes I read that they made it so he would be separated from Picard by the gantry wreckage so he was alone physically too. I wanted to see Kirk on the bridge of the Enterprise D and taking command for a portion of the film. Also to see Picard and Kirk butt heads before working together. Oh well I was raised on comic books maybe.

Yeah Generations was such a mediocre film. I saw the footage of the other death of Kirk that was filmed where he was shot in the back by Soran.

Wasn't much better then what we got.


The best death I can think of for Kirk would be to be on the bridge of the Enterprise as it goes down in flames in one last pitched battle.

If he has a green skinned alien woman in his arms at the time.....bonus.
