I've never liked that Vulcans seem utterly superior to humans, with no drawbacks. One would think they would, at the very least, require more complex nutrients and suffer harder from a lack of a balanced diet since they are more complex. But nothing of the sort has ever been established. Indeed, they need less water than we do.
