I've been watching more on the show with BBC America, and have some questions:
1) In the ep where, 700 years in the future, and the Voyager was told by the history of some planet in their museum that they were villains, and the actual hologram Doctor was found and activated: How did the Doctor get there? Was this the opposite universe? If so, how do you explain everything, like how the Doctor got there and everything. Please explain this ep to me.
2) How did the Borg and Born Queen appear in the series finale if she was killed off in the First Contact movie?
3) What are all of this show's continuity problems? I assume my second question is one of them?
Thanks.

It was a back-up of the Doctor stolen from the aliens and the episode was basically about alternate facts. Their entire society took its cultural identity and justification to suppress others from their history of being the good guys. And Voyager helped the bad guys. Of course it was a 'winner writes the history' kind of thing, so the Doctor's account of what really happened didn't rub off with them well..
I have no idea why the Borg Queen was back from the dead(Maybe a back-up as well?), but then the whole idea of a Borg Queen never made sense to me at all, aside from needing a villain for the movie. The Borg have a hive-mind. Somebody who is above the hive mind puts the whole idea of a hive-mind and the Borg as perfect collective ad absurdum.
Hope that helps!
