Agreed.

Besides, Will Smith is already being punished in that some of his projects appear to be stalled now and some others are now expressing a lack of desire to work with him

He'll still be rich I'm sure, but will be probably a bit of a pariah for awhile.

Will Smith acted very poorly, it was a minor joke, nothing more.

IF Chris Rock had physically attacked her then by all means, defend her.

Ever watch Bill Maher's show on HBO? his last one thoroughly tore into the slap and how comedians have been attacked/cancelled for some time now and that it needs to stop.

Maher was right on about Smith and the 10-year ban is well-deserved.
