Finally got to see this.
Overall a fun movie, imo.
New cast of characters, some of their acting could have been better but that's just my opinion.
Story overall was a nice epilogue and shout out to the original movie and of course to the dear departed Harold Ramis.
Legacies and secrets uncovered, and the return of the surviving originals and an old nemesis.
Door slightly ajar for another one.
While this sequel was years overdue, that is at least in part due to Bill Murray being reluctant after the second one, however it doesn't quite suffer for the long delay like Matrix Resurrections, Indy 4, and some other late sequels
Also be sure to check out the two cutscenes in the credits. Both are humorous but the second one as a slightly ominous ending...

I enjoyed it a fair bit. I would have preferred a true third film, but I did like the various things this movie did.
Seeing the old cast was nice and a major love letter to Harold Ramis and Egon.
There were parts I was more meh towards but more worthy of the name than the 2016 film (which I did not hate as much as some but thought it was loud and forgettable).
Like I said, I would have loved a third film that will never get to be. I guess the video game that came out some time ago now will have to fit that void to some degree. I still love that game though.
