I can respect that, his position has been made clear enough - he does the audio's for the money, I am not under any illusion he thinks much of them other than that.
From what I can tell the first box-set he did was well received, the follow-ups a little less so. And on balance I feel that Big Finish don't have the depth in their writing pool to maintain a level of quality with this Ninth Doctor range, so this is something that may end up testing his patience...
But Christopher Ecclestone, he does inhabit a peculiar pedestal in Doctor Who history. Much respected and loved, but reluctant to identify with it.
