I think it's important to point out that with Barrowman, he should have lost work, he should have been fired, and he shouldn't have gotten his own show after it happened. This isn't a case of "oh, it was a different time" since this type of behavior could have absolutely gotten someone fired in 2005-2008.
Is this part of why Eccleston quit? Did cast/crew complain about Barrowman's behavior and the producers did nothing?
