LGDB:  he does have a chance at a say.   If he wants to respond he can, as Ive indicated.  If he wants to be unbanned, it's been a sufficient amount of time in my opinion for what is hardly a capital offense.    He says he doesn't want to.


Also your personal objections are dually noted.  But it's not any kind of an infraction so it is what it is.  Chalk it up to differences of style.
