No there's a big difference between checking your car (Which may get you killed) and checking music quality (Which won't). Two completely different scenarios.

But that's right: He may not have had an ulterior motive for removing his music. The two events may be completely unrelated. Or they may be intimately related. Or one may just be a side effect of the other to varying degrees. As Young put it 'An unexpected bonus'.

I don't know. Neither do you. Only Young, the execs at Spotify and their respective legal teams know for sure what's going on there.

We may never get the full story, but unless or until we do calling Young out for something which is beyond his control and accusing him of things he hasn't done is wrong.
