The only music of Young's still on the service are instances where they're contractually obligated to be there. If he's licenced a song or songs to a film soundtrack, it's beyond his power to remove them. He can request it, but he can't demand it.
All of the rest of his music has gone.
And by the way, six million streams per month for music that's up to half a century old? That's better than many modern artists can manage on a regular basis. Hardly 'washed up', 'irrelevant' or a 'has been'.
