As it is a "tactics" game.
You move your characters around the environment in a turn based system.
If you don't know what you're doing the third level is incredibly difficult. Once you've mastered the rules of the game, you almost have to limit yourself in order to make things difficult.
... except for Weigraf and Riovaines castle. They're impossible if you're not prepared for them in advance, and still incredibly hard if you are.
Am I crazy to like turn based systems in general more than real-time. I seem to be able to enjoy the story more...catch more details...not a big deal to pause the game and so on.
I don't mean for all things but 1st person shooters arnt a huge draw for me.
