If Trump was an objectively terrible president, wouldn't most of the news stories about him be negative?

Except he's not been objectively terrible.

He's doing a great job. The Economy is booming. Jobs prospects are great. He's dialed back America's overseas military endeavours. He's attempting to sort out the border issue (despite the Democrats). He's tough on trade with China.

Exactly what are you objectively against?

...his abrasive language (all too often against those who attack him first)?

It seems to me the LEFT are essentially crying about nothing. A clear example of this is the border with Mexico issue that the Democrats (under Obama) were in favour of strengthening and deporting illegals...but under Trump they completely flip-flopped 180 degrees. Its opposition for its own sake and the media goes right along with it.

Or do you think that voter bias should influence the news to make it more even?

At this point I am wondering who the mainstream media are trying to represent because its clear that it is NOT the people nor is it common sense. Every Trump article on CNN is a hit piece. It doesn't objectively outline the facts but rather extol Leftist Dogmatic 'Doublethink'.

I watched about 5 minutes of CNN's coverage of Trump in the UK on Monday and it was basically 5 minutes of Commentators insulting Trump.

...except I am a little more critical of Trump and some of his appointees.

The lefts problem at least in the USA is its all virtue signaling, identity politics and special interest groups.
