Do you work in some scientific field, Ancient One?

Alas no. Just insanely interested in various fields, and an amateur astronomer.

Carl Sagan made a huge impression on me back in 1980 with his 'Cosmos' series. An incredibly intelligent man with a great love of life, the Earth and all the creatures on it. If I had to choose one man to emulate, it would be him.

Newton and Darwin...

What can I say? Their ideas changed the world, and for the better. Newton's 'Mathematical Principles of Natural Philosophy' and Darwin's 'On the Origin of Species' are two of the most important books ever written.
