Subj: Three Series and Out....

Before he dropped it into his leaving speech, Was there ever any concrete statement concerning Chris Chibnall only doing three series on Doctor Who?

There are certainly comments I have on file of his having a five year tenure when he was announced back in 2017, but given neither Russell Davies or steven Moffatt ever had a set defined leaving date in mind when they began the series as Producers I take the view that Chibnall too never had a fixed pre-set date in mind either, no matter what he says in his rather too convenient 'pact' with Jodie Whittaker.

Has anyone anything on this subject? \(fear\)
