I think anyone paying attention for the past few decades would’ve accurately guessed that other civil liberties were on deck to be challenged by the “pro-life” crowd, the same crowd who somehow also doesn’t want the gubment interfering in their lives by telling them they have to suffer gays, woke people, Muslims, etc.

And on cue the same tired “states rights” dog whistle gets trotted out.
